Golden Triangle Legacy Farming

Net dollars per acre. Proven on your own ground.

Meet FRED, your Farm Resources & Economics Director. You farm and talk; he logs, files, chases the missing numbers, and keeps one honest set of books. The two to five day paperwork nightmare at month end and season end goes away, and what replaces it is a record that earns you money.

What the system does

Records that keep themselves

Say it once: sprayed four loads, same mix as last, one more in the morning. FRED knows the mix, does the arithmetic, reads it back, and files it. Spray, seeding, harvest, tickets, contracts, service hours, all of it, program ready.

Plans that reconcile before the tractor moves

Cropping, rotation, marketing, storage, equipment, hauling and blending plans that check each other. When your priorities collide, the conflict shows up in black and white with both forks priced, before the seed or the signature.

Researched answers, never guesses

Ask FRED anything in his lane: agronomy, marketing, machinery, farm programs. Every answer is graded and sourced. When he does not know, he says so, researches it properly, and the answer is waiting by morning if not sooner.

The math, per acre

Worked example for a dryland grain operation, the kind of numbers the system is built to capture. Your own figures replace these the day your records start working.

$7 to $9/ac

Program payments entered, deadlines never missed, enrollment analyzed per program.

25 to 45c/bu

Marketing structure: contract ladders, basis tracking, premium capture, Hindsight 20/20 reviews that turn each year's outcomes into next year's contracting plan, settlement tracked to the bushel. The capture builds with the record: 7 to 10 cents in year one, on toward 45 cents and beyond by year five as the plan compounds.

$3 to $5/ac

Operations: analyze your operational efficiency through spraying, tillage, seeding and harvest, and capture dollars per acre where you may not expect them, planned against real capacity instead of habit.

200+ hours

Record keeping that used to be evenings and rainy days, now done before you hit the hay. Every day.

Example figures, labeled as such on purpose. The system proves its own numbers on your acres, which is the entire point: see the research page.

What it costs, and how we price

One flat price for the year, for the whole operation. No monthly pricing, because a farm is judged by the season, not the month. We allow for monthly payments, but you lose the annual payment discount. No per acre pricing, ever: your acreage is confidential and it stays that way.

The guarantee. FRED keeps a ledger of what the system actually captured, in dollars, settled against your own records, and we stand behind that number. Commit to a multi-year term, work the system, and if your own ledger shows FRED cost you money over the guarantee window, your subscription fees come back. Full terms in writing at signup, in plain English. Nobody else who touches your operation will make you that offer, because nobody else's numbers could survive it.

Founding pricing. Fees never change once set: the price you sign at is your price for as long as you stay. The first group in each region signs at the best pricing we will ever offer, and Region 1, the Expanded Golden Triangle, is where we start. Get in touch.

Every operation already generates the information. Most of it evaporates between the cab and the kitchen table. More information is knowledge, knowledge applied is net dollars per acre, and the operations that hold their own numbers will out-decide the ones that don't. This system exists to put you on the right side of that line.

About

Golden Triangle Legacy Farming is built farm first, from Montana's Golden Triangle, by people who stand at the tender and run the combines. FRED is the records half of a farmer's own mind: thoughts turned into words, words written down so a bad memory never becomes an error, plus a reach into agronomy and marketing you would otherwise have to go find. Where the big platforms harvest your data to sell you inputs, this one works for exactly one party: the operation that pays for it. Let FRED stress, while you farm.
