The service
Golden Triangle Legacy Farming provides farm records, planning, analysis and research tools to subscribing agricultural operations. The subscription covers the operation named at signup.
Your data
Records you enter remain yours. We do not sell, package, or disclose your operation's data, identity, or acreage to third parties. See the Privacy Statement for the full commitment.
The participation arrangement
The system works by you reporting your operations to it; its outputs are only as complete as what you tell it. Features can be scheduled, quieted, or turned off by you, and the consequences of unreported activity rest with the operation.
Advice and decisions
Analyses, projections and researched answers are decision support, graded and sourced as presented. Operational, agronomic, marketing and program decisions, and their outcomes, remain the operation's own. See Disclaimers.
Billing, term, cancellation
Subscriptions are annual and flat priced. Terms of renewal, cancellation and refund are finalized with counsel and will be stated here before any billing begins.
Acceptable use, liability, governing law
Standard provisions to be completed with counsel: account responsibility, acceptable use, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and governing law (Montana).
