The commitment, first
Your operation's records, identity and acreage are confidential. They are not sold, not packaged, not shared with vendors, and not attached to anything that leaves the system. Research queries travel with no farm data attached.
What we collect
The records you enter or speak to FRED (operations, inventory, contracts, equipment, plans), account information (name, contact, login), and system usage needed to run and improve the service.
How it is protected
Row-level isolation at the database engine, privileged credentials confined to isolated server functions, and append-only ledgers for financial movement. See the Security page for the current, honestly-labeled state of our compliance program.
Aggregates
Any future use of aggregated, de-identified data for regional analysis will be governed by terms stated here in advance, will never include identity or acreage, and will be disclosed before it begins. It has not begun.
